When I received your unbelievably kind letter I truly just burst into tears. I have never been shown such Christian love and understanding. To know that you have taken the time to understand my physically painful and mentally stressful situation and write such a beautiful caring letter delivered with your generosity and prayers just opened my heart and let the Lord our Father flow right in. Thank you so much for caring aobut me. I was so moved and felt so proud that Crystal plumbing is a part of my life! Shortly after I received your letter my employer finally sent me my short term disability checks that I should have received months prior. I am very happy that now I am able to pay my plumbing bill in full. However, I will never forget how special you made me feel, and how much it means to me to be treated so kindly. You hae brought a shiny ray of love and hope into my life with your prayers and kindness. I would never think about using any plumber except for Crystal Clear Plumbing, your professionalism alone has made me an extremely satisfied lifelong loyal customer and I am including $77.55 plus $15.90 to bring my account current and reinstate my Diamond Club Membership. The Diamond Club Membership is a fantastic economical service feature only offered by Crystal plumbing and I am pleased to have a membership. When my father heard about what you had done for me; your overwhelming kindness and prayers, he was as well, very moved and a little miffed with me for not telling him I needed money because he has been asking me since my accident if he could help me with my monetary situation and I kept telling him no. Now he wants to join the Diamond Club as well. I told him about how great the benefits are! I would like to pay my Diamond Club Membership on a monthly basis for now and I will call and schedule an appointment soon for the kitchen sink leak. Thank you for everything.
